Dark Chocolate

Salted Caramel:   Our most popular standby, this classic favorite starts with a dark chocolate shell filled with creamy white chocolate caramel ganache and just the right touch of sea salt. Part of our Cheat Day Collection.
Hot Chocolate:  For those dark chocolate lovers out there, we layer a dollop of cinnamon marshmallow on top of our most intense dark chocolate ganache, punched up with some extra vanilla and espresso.  Part of our Snowy Night Collection.
Spicy Cherry:  If you need a little heat in your truffles, we've snuck a drop of house made cherry jam between a milk chocolate cinnamon ganache and a dark chocolate cayenne ganache, all in a dark chocolate shell. Part of our Dinner Party Collection
Sunflower Seed:  With a familiar but unexpected taste, our sunflower seed praline truffles begin with roasted and salted sunflower seeds which are then coated in fresh caramel, ground up and mixed into a milk chocolate ganache. Part of our Dinner Party Collection
Coffee-Almond:  We cold steep cream in freshly ground coffee beans overnight before blending them into a dark chocolate ganache.  Hidden in the center of each piece is a hand rolled ball of fresh roasted almond marzipan.  Part of our Dinner Party Collection.  

Milk Chocolate

Macadamia-Coconut:  Roasted macadamia nuts are blended into a milk chocolate ganache, over a coconut caramel, all in a milk chocolate shell.  Part of our Snowy Night Collection
PB&J:  We begin with a drop of house made black currant jelly, surrounded by a peanut butter and hazelnut milk chocolate ganache.  Part of our After School Collection.
Mandarin-Hazelnut:  A drop of house made mandarin jelly compliments a classic hazelnut gianduja.  Part of our Cheat Day Collection
Walnut-Fig:  Black mission figs are slow boiled with sugar into a sweet jam.  We then surrounded each drop with a walnut blend consisting of fondant, roasted walnut paste and additional walnut pieces for texture.  Part of our Dinner Party Collection.
Cookies & Cream:  Crumbled chocolate cookies are mixed into a white chocolate cookie dough center, surrounded by a white chocolate creme fraiche ganache, all in a milk chocolate shell.  Part of our After School Collection.
Key Lime Pie:  A milk chocolate ganache is made with key lime juice and sits above a gingersnap cookie base.  Part of our Cheat Day Collection

White Chocolate

Lemon-Raspberry:  While traditional ganaches tend to mix chocolate with cream or fruit puree, we've instead used a homemade lemon curd to get a creamier, custard-like texture.  This is then topped with a drop of sharp raspberry jelly. Part of our Snowy Night Collection

Monthly Limited Edition Flavors

Strawberry-Lavender:  A drop of house made strawberry jelly sits above a buttery dark chocolate ganache infused with lavender flowers. Part of our Flavors of the Month Collection
Raspberry-Pistachio:  Raspberry jelly sits over a white chocolate pistachio ganache, all in a dark chocolate shell. Part of our Flavors of the Month Collection
