With a little extra time during the slow summer months, we like to experiment with new flavor pairings and techniques. Out of our most recent experiments, we're happy to announce the launch of our latest vegan collection.
Our Pecan-Coconut piece starts with toasted pecan pieces covered in caramel before being blended into a dark chocolate gianduja containing unsweetened shredded coconut. Next to this, our Apple-Halvah contains our house made cinnamon-vanilla halvah (Sesame seed fudge) inserted into a dark chocolate ganache made with an apple cider reduction.
Sadly, these are not available for online sales until the weather cools, but they are available for walk in or curbside pickup this summer.
