Our play on a childhood hot chocolate truffle contains a dollop of cinnamon dusted marshmallow over an intense dark chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell. Brighten up those dark nights with a fresh made lemon curd ganache surrounding a drop of house made raspberry pate de fruit (jelly) in a white chocolate shell. Or enjoy a tropical break with a roasted macadamia nut center over a coconut caramel base.
