When you're invited to a dinner party and just don't know what to bring, you could do worse than our Cocktail Hour collection, inspired by some of our favorite cake recipes. Our Sacre Torte truffle is based on the classic french chocolate cake with a raspberry jelly filling stuffed between a chewy chocolate cookie layer and a creamy dark chocolate ganache. On the lighter side we have designed a subtle Orange Blossom Cheesecake truffle. Our white chocolate cream cheese ganache flavored with orange blossom essence and vanilla sits over a gingersnap cookie crust. Lastly, our Apricot-Almond truffle came from one of our favorite tart pairings, with a house-made apricot jelly sitting over a dark chocolate roasted almond gianduja spiced with a hint of toasted coriander seeds.
