In honor of the annual Olmsted Conservancy Cherry Blossom Festival at the Japanese Garden by the Buffalo History Museum, we have developed two new Japanese inspired flavors to celebrate one of the more beautiful spots in town.
In a thin Dark Chocolate shell we've piped a subtle cherry blossom petal conserve which is covered in a smooth almond pastry cream ganache. Next to this, also in a dark chocolate shell we've piped a drop of house made black cherry jelly, covered in a white chocolate green tea ganache.
A portion of all proceeds raised from the sales of this collection will be donated directly to the Olmsted Conservancy. For further information on the festival, or to get involved visit them online at https://www.buffalocherryblossomfestival.org/ Thank you all for your interest and your support and happy Spring to one and all.
